At a Nuwaubian peaceful protest in front of the middle district
federal court house on Dec.12,2003
on
behalf of their Maku "Chief Black Thunderbird Eagle.
The
Nuwaubians say the U.S. Government do not want to recognize
their INDIGENOUS RIGHTS.
Notice
the date, this was just 3 weeks away from the trial date
Jan,4,2004 there wasn't a heavy police present at this gathering
so why at the trial the government displayed a heavy presence of
heavily armed police.
Did the Government know that Mr. York was going to be found
guilty?
