Yamassee Tribe Of Native
Americans
What you see at the above aerial photos is
19 acres, part of 476 acres of land owned by the Nuwaubians.
The land was seized by the Federal government in 2004.
According to the tenants that lived there for several years
since 1992, they were given only 7 days to vacate the
premises. Majority of the tenants were women and
children with no place to go. They lived in this
community for years and was forced to leave. Was all this
done to help the Nuwaubians or to take their land and hide
the fact that these natives was building a peaceful home
without the violence you see around the globe, read their
family guide book and the Constitution. In interviews
with the Nuwaubians neighbors they all said, they were
peaceful people, never had any complaints, even sheriff
Sills said no complaints came into his office about the
Nuwaubians who lived at 404 Shady Dale Rd. Read some of the
News Articles in the Publics opinion the Nuwaubians were

York a felon, the Nuwaubians ask to show your proof, is this
another reason the court was closed ? Wake Call this could
be you and your family.
Keep in mind that a superior state
judge ruled that Malachi York had no interest in the
property at
404 Shady DaleRd. in
Eatonton Ga.
If the government was so concerned about
the Nuwaubian children who lived there, why were they
evicted and why wasn't the government concerned about placing
them in adequate
housing? They said a sign was posted to vacate and no
one like DFACS or the Sheriffs Department came to assist the
families, what is all this really about?
Read this News Article it shows
who has the problems an its not the Nuwaubians
Why do the Commissioners
continue to say the Nuwaubians are breaking the law and in
the same breath say that the Nuwaubians submit documents for
permits, this don't sound like they were trying to break the
law.
