time the media want to defame Dr. York's name they use his
legal name Malachi York especially in a new venue because
people can go to the internet an research Malachi Yorks'
name and not the (Misnomer Dwight D
York), why because if anyone would have did their research
on Dwight D York they would have came up empty that's right
NOTHING, well planned by the government and the media.
Howard R, Sills and the State
Government saying Malachi York and the Federal Government
saying Dwight D York their plan from the very beginning, the
feds saw Dwight York on the property deed at 404 Shady Dale
Rd. and the feds want money and blood just do your homework
on the Waco and you will see the same story with the Nuwaubian Yamassee Moors, Sills first accused the Yamassee
as stockpiling weapons and the FBI and GBI came out to
investigate and found legally register weapons and left
wanting to come back to fish on the Yamassee property.

responsible for this article. This negative article against
Mr. York and the Yamassee Native American Moors (United
Nuwaubian Nation of Moors) reached the front door of
potential jurors before the trial.
This article tainted the jury pool and
Judge Royal didn't prosecute Sheriff Sills for this article
but, when it come to Dr. York who was in custody at the time
of the parade in Brunswick he still receive punishment from
